Refund & Returns Policy All items are made to order and customised with the text you provide. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has started.

Defects & Errors If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong text, wrong colour, manufacturing fault), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will reprint or refund the affected item at no extra cost.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement. After that, once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
